If you follow our care instructions, the Faux Florals can be a part of your interior for many years.
Please keep all items out of direct sunlight, as the sun will fade the colours of the products. As the colours fade the real-life look will fade as well. All of our products are meant for indoor use. We do not recommend our products for outdoor use, but if you do use them outdoor, please be aware that the life of the products will be shortened dramatically.
Just like any other household item, your faux florals and plants should be cleaned and dusted regularly. We recommend the use of a feather duster or Swiffer duster to dust the items. You can also use a compressed aircon to dust the products, but please follow the instructions on the can for optimal spray distance. You can use a damp cloth to wipe the leaves and faux water, but do not use a damp cloth on the silk florals, as it may damage or alter the colour. Most plants can be wiped with a damp cloth, with the exception of flowering plants.

All of our ready arrangements and potted items are handmade to order by our Florists to ensure quality. Please allow 1-2 days for our Florists to create your arrangement.
Standard Shipping Terms
We offer free door-to-door delivery in UAE within 2-3 Business Days. We do not deliver on public holidays.
For GCC countries (other than UAE)
We also offer door-to-door delivery in all GCC countries (outside UAE) within 5-7 Business Days at a nominal fee of AED 150 per item. We do not deliver on public holidays.
Special discounted delivery rates are available on orders containing 2 or more items ordered at same time. Please contact our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org for getting the best discounted quotes on delivery fee.
Customs duties and fees that our country specific are the responsibility of the customer.
We understand that you may wish to return your purchases. We’ll be happy to help you with the process.
You may return your item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Contact email@example.com and let us know which products you will be returning and include your order number. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item(s) in the original packaging and in new, unused and undamaged condition. If you do not request a refund within 7 days of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return outside of this time frame. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and mention which items to be returned.
Damage must be reported within 6 hours of delivery. After this period of time it will be considered damaged by the customer. Orders returned damaged will not be accepted.
To request a return please email email@example.com and include:
- Your order number
- Name of product(s), item number(s), and quantity of items you are returning
Customercare Service will respond to you with return instructions within 24 hours. Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment.
Our team would advise you on the steps to be followed for the returned item through your preferred communication platform i.e. Email or Whatsapp, within 7 days of delivery. If you are returning your order with a shipping carrier, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org a tracking number within 7 days of receiving your order. Your returns should arrive to the address provided by our team.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 to 45 business days.
Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If an item is considered final sale then we cannot take returns or exchanges. These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
